Olsburg has a swimming pool?  You bet we do!!

In 2006 Olsburg Community Swimming Pool went from being a “someday” wish to a reality.  It was a huge project for the community that wanted a pool that would be a safe and healthy way to occupy the leisure time of the children in the community during the summer break from school and welcome  relaxation for adutls as well.

$83,000.00 was raised through private donations and fundraisers in order to complete the pool project with community members putting in hundreds of volunteer hours working on all phases of this gigantic undertaking.

Olsburg is blessed to be a community filled with people who are willing to take on any project that improves the quality of life for its residents.

Swimming lessons and healthy water aerobics are offered and the pool provides summer jobs for teens and adults alike.

Olsburg Community Swimming Pool has proven to be a considerable asset to the community as a place for birthday and graduation parties, family reunions and as a location for people to interact during social events.

The pool draws patrons from several surrounding communities who take advantage of swimming lessons, water aerobics, adult swim and of course numerous children, adolescents and young adults who enjoy the social aspect of experiencing the pool.

Water Aerobics AKA The Swimmin’ Women!  Have fun with an hour of serious (most the time) working out Monday through Friday from Noon to 1pm.  The schedule is different in June because of swimming lessons.

Monday – Thursday: 1 pm to 6 pm
Friday – Sunday: 1 pm to 7 pm

For the pool to be open, the day must be sunny and an air temp of at least 70 degrees.  If the day is cloudy the air temp must be at least 75 degrees!  When in doubt call the pool!  785-468-3248

2023 Pool Prices:  $3/Daily; $30/Senior Season Pass; $35/Individual Season Pass; $75/Family Season Pass.  A family can add their babysitter to the Family Pass for an extra $10 for the season!

Pool Parties are a must when you have access to such an awesome pool as ours!  Call to schedule your pool party today!  $75 for 90 minutes!  Not a bad deal!!!
