Welcome to Olsburg Välkommen till yår stad
Established in 1880, Olsburg is a small town with a big heart.
We are proud of our rich Swedish heritage and extend a hearty “Välkommen till yår stad” Swedish for “Welcome to Our City” to visitors and future residents alike.
Olsburg can be found along Kansas Highway 16 in West Central Pottawatomie County and a short 20 miles North of Manhattan.
Tuttle Creek Reservoir is located 7 miles West along with the second longest bridge in the state. Olsburg Marsh provides ample area for hunting and fishing seven miles North along a beautiful drive on Shannon Creek Road.
The Olsburg is welcoming and friendly and strives to be a progressive community that works together to promote the advantages of small town living.
Come visit. We are sure you will want to return to see our progress as our community grows!
